Die Spezialambulanz für Angsterkrankungen in Berlin

führt Therapie der Panikstörung und Agoraphobie durch. Dadurch werden Panikattacken und Platzangst mit kognitiver Verhaltenstherapie behandelt, die in Einzel- und Gruppen-Therapie zur Behandlung der Panikstörung in Berlin stattfinden.

Die Therapie der Panikstörung

ist wirksam bei der Angst-Reduktion. Expositionstherapie bzw. auch Konfrontationstherapie lokal in Berlin ist dabei ein wichtiges Behandlungs-Element. Der Patient lernt, mit Angst und Panik besser umzugehen und die körperlichen Symptome von Panikattacken richtig zu interpretieren.

Richtig und rechtzeitig behandelt, haben Menschen mit einer Panikstörung mit Agoraphobie eine gute Prognose für ein erfolgreiches Therapie-Ergebnis. Sie lernen, aus dem Teufelskreis der Angst, dem Aufschaukeln von Panik-Gedanken und Panik-Körpersymptomen, auszubrechen, den Einfluss von Stress auf Angst zu verstehen und Strategien zur Angst- und Anspannungs-Reduktion einzusetzen.
